Interested Parties
We, the Board Members of Volunteers
for Adult Literacy in Florida (VALF) are aware of the situation at our southern
border, particularly the separation of children from their parents.
If we can be of any help during this
difficult time and in the future, please contact us; we will do anything we can
to help you, your community-based organization, and your learners. One of our
board members, Mary Quijano, has offered to answer any questions she possibly
can. Please feel free to contact her (quijano.mary@yahoo.com) with questions
you have related to this matter.
In this spirit of providing information,
here is a list of 2018 United States legislators and a link to contact Florida
