Dear Sandy,
HealthCare.gov has been working diligently to improve its website, and
make applying and enrolling for health insurance much easier. Here
are a few tips to help patrons make their experience with HealthCare.gov
run smoothly:
- Shop HealthCare.gov
during off peak hours, such as, mornings, nights and weekends.
- Patrons
should have their income and tax information ready when they log on.
- Patrons
should comparison shop to get the best deal.
- If
patrons need to talk to someone, use the Call Center at:
800.318.2596. Help is available 24/7, in 150 different languages.
- Patrons can
also find in person help in their area by using localhelp.healthcare.gov.
